Sometimes knowing what the issues are isn't enough. Insight into your patterns is necessary for change but often not sufficient. My coaching services will give you the guidance and encouragement you need to take action that leads to improved dating efforts. Being a better dater, of course, sets you up to find the best relationship for you.

Jump Starter: $395
This package is for you if you thrive on working independently. In one two-hour session, I will give you the basic tools to make the changes you seek and you run with it. 

Together, we will assess your relationship health, identify a growth area and set reachable goals. You will walk away with concrete actions steps to work with on your own. 

If you get stuck, you have a 20-minute remote consult in the bank to get you rolling again.
​Custom: $197/hour
If you are aware of the things that tend to keep you stuck but haven't been successful in making changes on your own, it may signal that deeper issues are running the show. These can be hard to shift without more continuous support and accountability to keep from slipping back into ingrained patterns.

With the Custom package, you choose your level of guidance as any given situation or personal challenge calls for.
